Tasty Tuesday ~ Chocolate Covered Cherry ~ Rice Krispie Log
Here's a simple and quick recipe to whip up.
6 cups Rice Krispies
4 cups (I used 5) marshmellows
3 TBSP butter
1 3oz pkg cherry jello
1 can chocolate frosting
Melt the butter, add the marshmellows, stir until they are melted. Remove from heat, add the pkg of jello, stir until all mixed in. Add the Rice Krispies, stir until all mixed in.
Place on jelly roll pan with wax paper, press down, then add the frosting. Roll into a log. Let set, slice and enjoy!
